RDE is contributing to the APTITUDE project by supporting large-scale pilots that demonstrate practical European Digital Identity Wallet applications for citizens on the move. Our work focuses on travel credentials and the rollout of a mobile driving licence, helping ensure these credentials can be issued, presented, and verified reliably across different contexts and borders. The project tests secure, user-friendly wallet flows that simplify access to services while maintaining high assurance and privacy. By validating interoperability at scale, APTITUDE supports a more seamless European travel and identity experience.
